Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Case Manager Assistant in a Florida Personal Injury Law Firm
• Experience handling medical records, billing statements, and liens
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with Personal Injury case management from intake through resolution
• Communicate with English and Spanish-speaking clients regarding case updates and documentation
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding claims and case status
• Request, receive, and organize medical records, billing statements, and lien information
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical providers
• Maintain accurate case information within the firm's case management software
• Calendar deadlines, appointments, follow-ups, and case milestones
• Organize and maintain electronic case documentation
• Assist with Civil Remedy Notices (CRN)
• Support attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks
