Qualifications

• Proven experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or family EA supporting a high-trust principal.
• Proactive and takes ownership of tasks end to end.
• Comfortable stating own preferences and needs in a healthy working relationship.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule and coordinate appointments during business hours.
• Set up medical, personal, and professional appointments for the founder and family.
• Sync multiple calendars and manage conflicts proactively.
• Coordinate with nanny on scheduling and logistics.
• Use documented preferences and systems to execute tasks without repeated clarifications.
• Incorporate Claude Cowork and other AI tools as core planning/execution aids.
• Assist with dinners, community events, and family logistics.
