Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, SRE, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in identifying and resolving bottlenecks across the stack.
• Proficiency in profiling, benchmarking, and load testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Application Performance Monitoring solutions.
• Strong background in system optimization and architectural performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive profiling and benchmarking to identify performance bottlenecks across various applications and platforms.
• Design and execute load testing strategies to ensure systems can handle peak traffic and scale effectively.
• Analyze system performance using APM tools to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement performance-tuning measures and improve resource utilization.
• Establish performance baselines and monitor key metrics to prevent regressions in production environments.
