You will work in a 100% remote environment, using languages like C/C++, Go, or Rust, and collaborate with a global Top 1% of tech talent to deliver robust data services. The role emphasizes durability, replication, and high-throughput data handling while maintaining operational excellence.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in storage, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Proven expertise designing and managing distributed storage like Ceph, MinIO, or S3-compatible.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, Go, or Rust for systems development.
• Deep understanding of durability, consistency, replication, and block storage at scale.
• Hands-on experience with distributed file systems and object stores in high-performance environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy scalable distributed storage solutions such as Ceph, MinIO, or S3-compatible systems.
• Develop and optimize storage layers using C/C++, Go, or Rust.
• Implement robust data replication and consistency models to guarantee system durability.
• Manage the lifecycle of distributed file systems and object stores in high-throughput environments.
• Architect block storage configurations to meet the demands of large-scale production workloads.
• Monitor and tune storage performance to minimize latency and maximize resource efficiency.
