As a Database Performance Engineer, you will optimize relational databases, analyze execution plans, design indexes, and collaborate with teams to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability in fast-paced environments.
Formación
- 4+ years of experience in Database Performance Engineering or Database Administration.
- Proven expertise in SQL tuning and optimizing query performance for relational databases.
- Strong background in index design, partitioning strategies, and schema optimization.
- Hands-on experience analyzing execution plans to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze and optimize complex SQL queries to reduce execution time and resource consumption.
- Design and implement efficient indexing and partitioning strategies for large-scale relational databases.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of execution plans to identify and resolve performance regressions.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide schema optimization and data modeling guidance.
- Monitor database performance metrics and proactively address emerging bottlenecks to ensure system stability.
