Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Patient Onboarding Agent (Customer Support) based in Colombia for a long-term remote contract. You will guide patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment, coordinating telehealth scheduling, impression kit handling, and manufacturing handoff, while maintaining privacy and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer or patient support.
• Ability to de-escalate sensitive conversations, including cancellations and refunds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for high-volume caseloads.
• Excellent written and spoken English; professional cross-channel communication.
• Familiarity with handling protected health information and HIPAA basics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own patient onboarding journey from purchase to telehealth scheduling and kit delivery/return.
• Manage caseload >100 patients across onboarding stages, prioritizing daily tasks.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce with accuracy and privacy.
