Medical Departures Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support our global hiring needs in a remote, part-time role. You will manage sourcing, screening, assessments, and reference checks, delivering evidence-based recommendations.

You will recruit for Sales, Accounts Receivable, Partnerships, Operations, Finance and other remote roles, coordinating with hiring managers across time zones. This role requires strong English, independent work, and 25 hours per week.

Formación

• At least 3 years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience in global markets.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to hiring recommendations.
• Experience recruiting Sales, Operations or other performance-based roles is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and outreach in APAC/EU/LATAM markets.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with hiring managers to understand requirements and success criteria.
• Create structured screening questions and scorecards.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and direct outreach.
• Review applications and conduct structured interviews.
• Coordinate assessments and role-specific exercises.
• Present candidate recommendations with evidence.
• Maintain candidate records in Zoho Recruit and sheets.
• Track sourcing results and interview conversion.
• Escalate recruitment challenges when market mismatches.
• Communicate updates and next steps to candidates.
