Ottomatik.io is seeking a part-time Copywriter/Content Writer (20 hours per week) to produce long-form articles, reports, and thought leadership for a US-based client. The role focuses on translating complex topics into engaging content for executive audiences while aligning with the founder's voice.

You will collaborate with the Founder and Director of Strategic Initiatives, maintain high-quality standards, and adapt content for LinkedIn as needed. Remote work with flexible hours is offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of copywriting or content writing experience.
• Strong experience writing long-form content (articles, reports, white papers).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with the founder's voice in mind.
• Experience writing for professional audiences (consulting, legal, finance, tech, or services).
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into reader-friendly content.
• Experience conducting research and synthesizing information into well-structured pieces.
• Exposure to AI governance or related topics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research, write, and edit high-quality long-form content reflecting the firm's expertise and founder's voice.
• Translate complex topics (AI governance, compliance, legal strategy) into clear content for executives.
• Collaborate with founders to refine messaging and ensure brand voice consistency.
• Edit and refine existing content for clarity, structure, and impact.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats when appropriate.
• Provide LinkedIn content support by adapting articles into posts as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate insights into written content.
