- 3+ years writing performance creative in paid media environments.
- 3+ years agency experience with multiple clients and categories.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific copy best practices.
- Experience working with hypothesis-driven briefs and tests.
Responsabilidades
- Write hooks, scripts, headlines, and short-form ad copy for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Produce multiple copy directions per brief with diverse angles and tones.
- Work from briefs with testable hypotheses and iterate based on data.
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to shape briefs and concepts.
- Revise quickly based on performance feedback and data insights.
