OKTOBER is seeking a growth-minded individual to own copywriting for multiple accounts and manage project flow. You’ll ensure timely approvals, support strategy development with your Senior RM, and translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.

You’ll build strategic instincts and have a clear path from Associate to Retention Manager, with full remote flexibility and access to tools, data, courses and coaches to accelerate your career.

• First experience with copywriting; know how to write copy that gets a response.
• First experience with project management; keep tasks, approvals and deadlines organized.
• Reliability; you deliver what you promise, without needing to be chased.
• You own your mistakes and actually apply feedback, instead of just nodding along.
• Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and account ownership; this role is a launchpad, not a landing spot.

Responsabilidades

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (6-8) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM.
• Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem.
