Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Manager to own the full funnel for US-based campaigns from ad to booked calls. You will plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, while maintaining tracking, attribution, and CRM integration.

You will report weekly on spend, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, run tests, and work directly with the founder on goals and budgets. This full-time, remote role pays $20k–$30k/year base plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid media for US businesses.
• Proof of results with real numbers (accounts, spend, outcomes).
• Hands-on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and CRM/email tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
• C1 English; comfortable presenting results on calls.

• C1 English, comfortable presenting results on calls. Nice to have: local services, med spa, B2B or financial services; Webflow or Unbounce; Zapier. Top of range: $100K+/month spend managed, full-funnel ownership, documented CPA reductions
