Nasdaq in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex IT projects and report to the Director Delivery Manager. You will guide delivery from initiation to completion and coordinate with global teams.

The role requires organization, collaboration, and a solutions-driven mindset, with stakeholders across time zones. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence at least 3 days per week in Bogotá.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in global environments.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies.

Senior Project Manager

This position will be located in Bogotá, Colombia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
