Last Stop Moving is a fast-growing moving and storage company in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We’re building a remote team in South America and seeking an Office Manager to run the back office: check-in and close-out of jobs, correct payroll, and handling damage claims from start to finish.

You’ll collaborate with our dispatcher, crew leads in Edmonton, and our sales and remote teams. The role requires 3+ years in busy operations, strong numerical skills, and excellent English (C1+).

Formación

• 3+ years running the day-to-day of a busy operation (office, call-centre, dispatch or logistics).
• Strong numerical skills: payroll, invoices, margins and percentages.
• Calm, kind and firm with upset customers while protecting company money.
• Ability to decide and propose solutions, not just bring problems.
• Organized to the point of obsession: checklists and follow-through.
• Fluent English (C1 or better).

Responsabilidades

• Run manager-on-duty daily: check-ins with crew leads and close-outs, verify hours and billing.
• Own payroll: daily crew hours and payroll processing.
• Own damage claims: collect facts, quotes, settle within approval limits and track preventions.
• Check every booked move: ensure rates, fees, notes and special items are correct.
• Handle overflow calls for estimates and book the estimate.
• Manage logistics: out-of-town jobs, invoices, supply orders, backup movers.
• Maintain weekly scorecard and report findings to CEO.
• Lead the remote Move Coordinator and growing remote team.
