Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our fully remote global team. You will design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, develop tool-calling capabilities, and architect workflows that enable autonomous task execution.

You will optimize agent performance with transformer architectures, implement robust observability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate complex business processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Experience building agentic systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in Python and implementing tool-calling and multi-agent coordination.
• Deep understanding of transformer architecture and observability for long-running AI workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Develop and integrate custom tool-calling capabilities to expand agent functionality.
