You will work remotely with a global Top 1% talent network, designing scalable agent frameworks and ensuring robust observability, while collaborating with teams to automate critical business processes. Excellent compensation in USD or local currency is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in AI/Software Engineering.
• Experience with agentic frameworks LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Proficient in Python with tool-calling and multi-agent coordination.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and observability for long-running AI workflows.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
