BairesDev is seeking a Senior NLP Engineer to lead the development of transformer-based natural language processing solutions. You will translate complex linguistic requirements into scalable ML models for high-quality interpretation of textual data across the organization.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with a focus on Natural Language Processing.
• Proven expertise in implementing transformer-based architectures such as BERT, T5, or GPT.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with tokenization, embeddings, and text classification techniques.
• Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem for building and adapting NLP models.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement transformer-based architectures for diverse linguistic tasks.
• Develop and optimize models for text classification, tokenization, and embeddings using Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Leverage the Hugging Face ecosystem to adapt, fine-tune, and deploy large language models for specific business needs.
• Build and maintain scalable NLP pipelines to efficiently process and analyze large volumes of unstructured text.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate advanced NLP and LLM capabilities into production environments.
