Porch Group is seeking an MSP Recruiter I for a remote role in Colombia. Employed via RemoFirst with Porch Group providing day-to-day leadership.

You will source moving service providers, conduct cold outreach, and onboard MSPs while maintaining recruiting data across systems. You will need at least 6 months in business development, lead gen, cold calls, and negotiation, plus strong English and MS Office skills.

Formación

• 6 months of experience in Business Development.
• 6 months of experience in lead generation.
• 6 months of experience in cold calling (a plus).
• 6 months of experience in negotiation of rates or pricing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Slack).
• Professional phone communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify potential MSPs and ensure onboarding guidelines are met.
• Sell services and products to MSPs, including warm leads and cold calls.
• Onboard MSPs and input MSP information into software accurately.
• Answer incoming calls from MSPs and respond to requests.
• Maintain KPI metrics and stay responsive across Slack channels.
• Collaborate with all PMG departments and represent the company positively.
