Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that connects talent with top brands. We seek a hands-on Meta Ads Manager to build campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta, following strict specs.

You will ensure accuracy, proper naming, correct placements, and timely launches, using AdManage.ai and Drive-based workflows. This is a part-time, 4-hour daily role with fully remote work, a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST window, and a one-week paid trial.

Formación

• 1–2 years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience; built and launched campaigns
• Follows written direction exactly; no reinterpretation or improvisation
• Extreme attention to detail; works to the spec and checks work before completion
• Fast; ads built daily as soon as approved
• Reliable and consistent; maintains same hours and updates in Slack

Responsabilidades

• Build approved creative into the correct Meta campaign with the right settings, naming, identity, copy, and URL parameters
• Check funnel stage of every video before building to ensure correct campaigns
• Keep the creative tracker aligned with Meta at all times
• Hand off built ad sets to the senior buyer ahead of launches
• Fix Meta upload errors and report issues the same day
