KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead ideation, scripting, planning, and management of the full creative process for Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and direct response campaigns. You will scale high-converting creatives across paid channels, with $2M+ monthly Meta spend and a fast-paced, impact-driven culture.

You’ll work remotely with the founders, bring 3+ years of DTC performance experience, run an AI stack in production, and deliver volume and quality weekly.

Formación

• Direct Response expertise: 3+ years with DR for DTC brands or in a creative agency.
• Deep DTC experience with brand portfolio and spend levels.
• Proven VSL copywriting experience on DR/performance brands.
• AI stack in production and current usage in creatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop VSL briefings end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video.
• Partner with editors and performance marketers on testing.
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data.
