INGEPSY is seeking a Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for a portfolio of clients.

This hands-on role requires living inside Meta Ads Manager, reading performance data, and translating results into clear decisions that improve outcomes. You will own setup, targeting, testing, budgeting, and reporting while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager for setup, targeting and optimization.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or CPL across paid social campaigns.
• Experience running creative tests and using data to inform decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with clear reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Build and launch Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram aligned to client goals.
• Define campaign objectives, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
• Set up campaigns, ad sets, and creatives using best-practice structures.
• Develop audience targeting strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and interests.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief and test assets (images, carousels, video).
• Run A/B tests across copy, creative, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor performance daily and optimize to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL.
• Provide clear performance reports and actionable next steps to clients.
