INGEPSY is seeking a results-driven digital marketer to lead Meta and Google Ads campaigns for the Bogotá-based team. You will plan, execute, and optimize across funnel stages while collaborating with creative and analytics peers.

You will leverage audience research, new AI tools, and testing to hit CPA, ROAS, and CTR targets; maintain clear reporting, and ensure documentation and remote collaboration standards are met.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Dedicated home-office setup with reliable internet and backup power.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across funnel stages.
• Research audience and targeting to build strong foundations.
• Write ad copy and collaborate on creative direction; test new creatives.
• Analyze daily performance metrics and optimize to hit KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM).
• Develop and test new strategies, audiences, and bid structures to scale campaigns.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and share actionable insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams for strategy reviews and campaign planning, ensuring documentation and processes are followed.
