Huzzle is seeking an experienced Media Buyer to join a fast-paced, performance-driven team. This role focuses on planning, launching, managing, and scaling paid campaigns with data-driven optimization across Meta and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate has 3-4+ years of hands-on media buying experience, strong Meta Ads Manager skills, and the ability to work with international teams. Fully remote position with ongoing support and tailored compensation.

Formación

• 3-4+ years of professional media buying or paid advertising experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing campaigns with Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyse performance data and decide on optimisations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and other platforms.
• Manage campaigns on Facebook/Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
• Support Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, or Performance Max.
• Monitor campaign performance against ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities for optimisation and scaling.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend by performance.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing teams on high-performing concepts.
• Produce clear performance reports with insights and recommendations.
