Adaptive Teams is seeking a performance-driven Advertising Manager to own, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta for an e-commerce consumer products business. You’ll live in the numbers—testing creative, finding opportunities, and making every advertising dollar work harder.

Location: LatAm - Fully Remote. You will manage campaigns, budgets, and reporting to drive revenue, ROAS, and profitability while collaborating with the marketing and creative teams in a fast-paced

Formación

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong e-commerce or DTC advertising background.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Experience with GA4 and attribution.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.
• Build campaigns focused on revenue, ROAS, CAC/CPA, and profitable growth.
• Manage budgets, bids, audiences, targeting, and campaign structure.
• Monitor daily performance and identify opportunities or issues.
• Test creative, copy, audiences, landing pages, and strategies.
• Manage Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, remarketing, and related types.
• Manage Meta prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
• Analyze performance and provide clear, actionable reporting.
• Collaborate with e-commerce and creative teams to improve conversion and campaign performance.
• Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs and profitability.
