Qualifikationen

• Experience as Medical Scribe or similar healthcare role.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare providers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.

Aufgaben

• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR/EHR.
• Prepare and update clinical notes with history, assessment, plans, and follow-ups.
• Assist providers with real-time or asynchronous documentation.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Enter patient information, medical history, medications, diagnoses, and procedures into EMR/EHR.
• Support chart preparation and other documentation-related tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate professionally with the healthcare team.
