Ideal candidates have strong medical terminology knowledge, EHR proficiency, and bilingual Spanish-English skills. Prior healthcare experience and a focus on accuracy are essential for success in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Must understand medical terminology and anatomy.
• Experience with EHR systems and accurate data entry.
• Spanish-English bilingualism is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately document patient encounters and history during live visits.
• Transcribe notes and update EHRs with precision.
• Review medical documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with coding and billing documentation under guidance.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to streamline workflows.
• Track follow-ups, referrals, and test results as needed.
