Corvia Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to join our remote team. You will manage, review, and maintain medical records to support case management and internal workflows.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable handling sensitive information, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment, guaranteeing confidentiality and accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical records or healthcare administration is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
• Must be located outside the United States.

Responsabilités

• Request, receive, and organize medical records from providers and facilities.
• Review records for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update records in internal systems.
• Track outstanding requests and follow up as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and file organization.
• Assist with summarizing or indexing medical records when required.
• Communicate with providers and internal team members.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards.
