Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Media Buyer to own growth across a portfolio of e-commerce clients. You will develop paid media strategies, allocate budgets, and identify opportunities across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.

This is a strategic, client-facing role that requires deep understanding of the customer journey and business economics. You will work with Media Analysts and Creative Strategists to translate data into actionable recommendations and measurable results, driving profitable growth

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid media or growth marketing for e-commerce clients.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok ads.
• Ability to manage significant advertising budgets and drive measurable growth.
• Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other channels.
• Own client relationships and communicate performance insights and recommendations.
• Create a structured testing roadmap and evaluate results by business impact.
• Identify growth opportunities across the funnel including landing pages, offers and checkout experience.
