Job summary

HIGHSCALE is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns for US brands across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms. You will manage budgets up to six figures monthly, build audiences, and test creatives for optimal performance.

Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to translate data into actionable strategies and keep campaigns ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Proven track record in performance marketing for ecommerce, fashion, or beauty brands.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable reading metrics and building reports.

Responsibilities

• Launch, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements for scalable wins.
• Track performance daily and build reports with insights and optimization plans.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to improve performance.
