Job summary

High Scale is seeking a data-driven Media Buyer to plan and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for global brands. You will manage budgets, test creatives, and drive ROI while collaborating with creative, production, and strategy teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in performance marketing, strong analytics skills, and fluent English to communicate with our LA team and international partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and placements to identify scalable winners.
• Track daily performance and build reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to improve performance.
