Sweat Pants Agency LLC is looking for a high-impact performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands through Meta ads. The role blends paid media execution with strategic marketing thinking and requires a knack for testing, scaling, and client communication.

You will design testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, manage sizeable ad budgets, and collaborate with clients and UGC creators to build winning campaigns. AI usage is a core part of the work, not an afterthought.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands with Meta Ads (CPA/ROAS)
• Experience managing ad budgets per client (up to $1M/mo)
• Ability to diagnose full funnel issues (creative, offer, conversion)
• Familiarity with AI tools in daily work
• Ownership attitude and urgency in moving fast

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta
• Build creative testing roadmaps; write briefs for editors; analyze performance
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/mo to $1M/mo per client
• Diagnose the full funnel to identify whether issues are creative, offer, or conversion
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients
• Work with UGC creators: source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed
