Job summary

ENG is seeking Mechanical BIM Specialists with strong piping modeling, BIM coordination, and LOD 400 development for real U.S.-based projects.

This full-time vendor-track role is 100% remote from LATAM, paid in USD from day one, with standard 40-hour weeks and immediate availability.

You will join collaborative international engineering teams, work on real U.S. mechanical piping projects, and have a clear path toward future staff opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or related background.
• 3+ years of Mechanical BIM experience.
• Experience developing and coordinating LOD 400 construction models.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.
• Immediate or near-immediate availability.
• Own computer/workstation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate LOD 400 construction models for U.S.-based projects.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with multidisciplinary teams.
• Review construction drawings and project documentation.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams and vendors.
