ENG (engbim.com) is looking for BIM Specialists focused on MEP modeling (mechanical, HVAC and plumbing) for several Business Units. The role centers on building information modeling with high LOD, quality, autonomy, and the ability to coordinate and resolve conflicts early in the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring Revit for HVAC and plumbing at LOD 350, Navisworks for coordination, and 2–3 years in BIM/VDC. English fluency is mandatory, and experience with US-based projects is a plus.

Competenze

• Excellent level of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Revit for HVAC systems and/or Plumbing modeling at LOD 350.
• Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
• 2–3 years of experience in mechanical/plumbing design, construction, or BIM/VDC environments.

Mansioni

• Model different trades (MEP) with emphasis on quality, autonomy, and meeting client requirements.
• Coordinate across trades and detect conflicts during information review and modeling phases.
• Support projects with LOD 350/400 modeling and coordination.
• Work on US-based projects or with US codes and standards as applicable.
