ENG (engbim.com) is seeking BIM Specialists focused on Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing for multiple business units. This is a full-time, vendor-based role with potential transition to staff position. You’ll need your own computer and immediate availability.

Strong English and international collaboration are required, with remote work flexibility. Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in BIM, solid Revit skills (LOD 350-400), Navisworks experience, and proficiency in HVAC and plumbing layouts.

Formación

• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and equipment layouts.
• Proven Revit experience (LOD 350-400) for HVAC/plumbing modeling.
• Sheet Metal workflows and Fab Parts experience.
• Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
• 2–3+ years in BIM, construction, or mechanical/plumbing environments.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Advanced English, able to communicate with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Model HVAC and plumbing systems in Revit to LOD 350-400.
• Coordinate models and detect clashes using Navisworks.
• Support BIM workflows and project delivery with the team.

Looking for your next step in MEP BIM?

We are currently hiring BIM Specialists focused on Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing trades to support multiple Business Units.

The deal

You’ll start working with us in a vendor-based model, If you perform well you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a staff position at ENG.

This is a full-time opportunity, so full-time availability is required.

You’ll also need to have your own computer/laptop to work with.

Simple as that.

You’re a fit if you have

Solid understanding of:

• HVAC systems (ductwork, sheet metal, hydronic & refrigerant piping)
• Plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary, vent)
• Equipment layouts

Proven experience with:

• Revit (LOD 350 - 400) for HVAC and/or Plumbing modeling
• Sheet Metal modeling workflows
• Fabrication Parts (Fab Parts)
• Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• 2–3+ years of experience in BIM, construction, or mechanical/plumbing environments
• Immediate availability to start (very important)
• Advanced English (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate fluently with international teams.

Candidates without this level will not be considered.

Bonus points

• Knowledge of NEC standards
• U.S. project experience
