You will support design and optimization of marketing technology ecosystems, customer experiences, and AI-enabled business solutions that connect strategy, data, platforms, and technology to create value for LATAM organizations.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Systems Engineering.
• Interest in consulting, MarTech, CX, AI, digital transformation, or data.
• Basic understanding of marketing processes and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Support analysis and optimization of MarTech ecosystems, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and campaigns.
• Map customer journeys and digital experiences to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Assist in translating business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
• Participate in research, benchmarking, and assessments to understand market practices.
