Sezzle, a fintech company in Bogota, seeks a Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern to bridge marketing and product with a data-driven mindset. You’ll write SQL, track key metrics, and design experiments in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with Product and Engineering to translate needs into actionable plans.

You’ll leverage AI tools to automate recurring analyses and build scalable dashboards, while maintaining strong English communication and a keen eye for business impact.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, data science, statistics, math, economics, or a related technical field.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Redash) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Braze is a plus.
• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools is required; comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Write SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance.
• Track metrics like DAU, LTV, CAC.
• Design and measure experiments, including A/B tests across channels.
• Own dashboards and use AI to derive insights.
• Translate marketing needs into engineering specs and ticket definitions.
