We are strategic partners, not order takers. We are seeking a strategic account lead who owns the outcome of several accounts, turns client insights into an SEO and content roadmap, and mobilizes SEO, content, paid media, design, and development to

Qualifications

2+ years managing digital marketing accounts with an SEO focus.
Genuine C1 English proficiency for client calls and negotiations with US clients.
Cross-functional breadth: technical & content SEO, analytics, paid media, design, and web basics.
Outstanding client management and communication.
Proven autonomy; able to organize work and escalate only when needed.
AI in daily workflow, including research, briefs, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own the outcome of accounts: KPIs, quarterly roadmap, and monthly plan.
Lead client strategy calls, present results, and defend recommendations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams without formal authority; provide clarity and context.
Anticipate risks and resolve them before reaching the client.
Read data from GA4, GSC, Semrush/Ahrefs and translate into decisions.
Maintain 'Monday' as the single source of truth and adapt plans when reality changes.
