Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist to build and manage growth channels for a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX. You will collaborate with the founders to deploy outreach, retention, and referral programs while integrating AI tools to automate workflows.

The role emphasizes practical execution: building retailer outreach, coordinating field support, and owning email/SMS campaigns with a data-driven approach. Remote work with CT overlap is possible.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Claude Code experience and ongoing use is required.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach with Apollo and sequencing tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or AI-assisted coding.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• Good writing and a clear marketing eye.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track results.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using existing brand look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to reduce manual effort.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
