BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Operations Partner to collaborate with senior leadership and shape strategic marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes end-to-end project execution, data-driven decision making, and cross-team alignment in a fully remote setting.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as strategic consulting, growth-oriented startups, or multinational corporations with cross-functional impact.
• Strong business acumen and analytical rigor with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the execution of cross-functional marketing projects with accountability and timely delivery.
• Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning and performance analysis.
• Oversee daily operations of Marketing Operations to maintain high-performance execution rhythms.
• Develop and optimize processes, dashboards, and reporting for visibility and collaboration.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clear communication.

Conocimientos

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
