Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to keep leads moving through the sales pipeline and ensure accurate routing to the right Client Engagement rep.

You’ll qualify incoming leads, assist with records enrichment and data cleansing, review automated reports, and support the commercial team with CRM data management.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Operations, advanced English, and a hands-on, process-driven mindset for a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, or customer support.
• Proficiency in CRM data management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and assign to the appropriate Client Engagement rep.
• Introduce Client Engagement reps to leads when needed.
• Ensure the sales process is followed for lead upload and assignment, clarifying procedures when outside standard guidelines.
• Support the Client Engagement team with operational tasks such as records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.
• Review automated reports that flag system issues and help resolve underlying problems.
