Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a senior marketing leader to build and run a new Customer Marketing area. You will report to the CMO, inherit a team, and define strategy across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.

You will own go-to-market for service lines, guide collateral and messaging, drive upsell/cross-sell programs, and manage a team across 3 functions with revenue targets aligned to Sales. This is a 100% remote role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Director in a B2B company.
• Experience with upsell/cross-sell campaigns, client case studies and references, client events and webinars, and ABM for existing accounts.
• Proficiency in briefing, editing, and quality control of B2B copy and managing writers.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing hands-on, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans.
• Lead the Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, delivering decks, case studies, one-pagers, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell campaigns, executive events, references, and advocacy programs.
• Build the new area by hiring, define KPIs like collateral adoption, influenced pipeline, and revenue from existing accounts.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps and close them via messaging and collateral.
