Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex business logic into precise written specifications with a strong technical foundation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the enterprise loyalty platform, owning business logic and platform rules.
• Translate complex requirements into precise specifications as the authoritative source for automated/AI-assisted development.
• Manage the product backlog, dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify and address development lifecycle challenges and collaborate on creative solutions to stay on track.
• Provide mechanisms for teams and stakeholders to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
• Share vision and purpose, gaining buy-in from business and technical audiences at multiple levels.
• Own and evolve the business logic across your domains, guiding technical and business decisions.
