AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships to lead influencer marketing and partnerships from the ground up. You will manage creator outreach, negotiate deals, and build collaborations that extend into new markets and homeowner supply.

You’ll work directly with creators, agencies, platforms and the VP of Growth, own budget from day one, and operate in a fully remote capacity for global candidates outside the United States.

Formación

• 4+ years in influencer or creator marketing, brand partnerships or talent management, with at least two years running a program yourself.
• Experience negotiating creator deals including structure, rights, fees and outcomes.
• Outbound experience at volume with clear replies and closes.
• Proven track record of at least one brand-to-brand collaboration built from scratch.
• Strong judgement on when smaller audiences yield better value and willingness to walk away.

Responsabilidades

• Lead influencer marketing end-to-end: strategy, budget, partners, terms and results.
• Handle inbound requests from creators, agencies and press with fast, fair responses.
• Execute outbound prospecting to identify the right creators for each market.
• Negotiate deals: rates, deliverables, rights, exclusivity and disclosure.
• Oversee content quality to sustain long-term value from collaborations.
• Forge brand partnerships and strategic partnerships to grow audience and supply.
• Measure impact with awareness, traffic, bookings and owner leads; report monthly.
