DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a Legal Transcript Quality Assurance Specialist (Colombia). The role reviews and proofs legal transcripts for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and consistency in a remote, Colombia-based setting.

The ideal candidate has strong written English, excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable with focused, accuracy-driven work. Training will be provided, including CET certification sponsorship.

Formación

• Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Advanced written English including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Experience in proofreading and editing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Willingness to complete CET training after onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Review and proofread legal transcripts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and consistency.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies using strong attention to detail.
• Ensure transcripts meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Handle high volumes of written information while maintaining quality.
• Communicate professionally with clients and contractors to clarify information.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive legal information.
• Learn and apply legal transcription standards and terminology.
• Manage assigned work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Take on increased ownership as the department grows.
