Pearl Talent is seeking a Legal Operations Assistant to organize contracts, draft initial documents, and coordinate client communications for a boutique law firm serving startups. You will use AI tools to streamline workflows, manage the founder’s calendar, and support light financial operations, allowing attorneys to focus on complex matters.

The role emphasizes autonomous work, high-volume file management, and proactive collaboration with the team.

Formación

3–5+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or executive assistant roles supporting legal teams.
Experience handling high-volume contract workflows (10+ contracts/week) in cloud systems.
Dra ft initial corporate legal documents for attorney review.
Fluency with Claude or similar AI tools; ability to craft prompts for legal tasks.
Strong client-facing communication with minimal supervision.
Autonomy across concurrent workflows and reliable remote connectivity.
B2+ CEFR English for professional communication.

Responsabilidades

Organize contracts and files from multiple channels; maintain clean AI-ready documents.
Draft initial templates and client correspondence for legal matters.
Manage founder calendar with same-day scheduling; coordinate complex meetings.
Handle light financial ops and timekeeping; assist billing inquiries.
