CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to optimize operations for a U.S.-based personal injury practice with a global team. The role centers on Filevine administration, process documentation, and scalable workflows across intake, pre-litigation, and litigation support.

Ideal candidates bring a strong legal operations background, experience with Filevine, and familiarity with AI tools and automation to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.

Formación

• Personal injury law experience required.
• Filevine experience required.
• Exposure to AI tools, legal-tech platforms, automation tools, or systems implementation.
• Strong background in legal operations, case management, or legal process improvement.
• Legal background required, such as law degree, or equivalent substantial legal operations / legal casework experience.
• Experience with U.S. personal injury workflows, including intake, pre-litigation, claims setup, medical records, litigation handoff and escalations.
