Softgic S. seeks a Legal Operations and Data Integration Engineer to own data systems and build automation across Filevine, Lead Docket, Domo, and AI tools.

You will design, code, and maintain integrations against REST APIs and webhooks, create dashboards, and implement AI-driven workflows while protecting confidential client information. Role is remote with global scope; you will translate business requirements into reliable systems, monitor data pipelines, and document configurations for

Formación

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining API integrations (REST, OAuth, webhooks).
• Experience building dashboards in BI platforms; strong preference for Domo.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL/data pipelines.
• Proven ability to deliver working systems independently with minimal guidance.
• Knowledge of marketing attribution and lead source tracking.
• Strong data security mindset and handling of confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain integrations across Filevine, Lead Docket, Domo, and AI tools.
• Work with Filevine API, webhooks, and Data Connector to pull data into reports.
• Configure Lead Docket sync, mapping, API, and webhooks; build lead-source ROI reports.
• Set up marketing attribution tracking from website to CRM.
• Ingest data via connectors and build ETL dataflows; design dashboards for KPIs.
• Develop AI workflows using Anthropic Claude API and integrate with systems.
• Translate requirements into reliable, documented systems; work from spec.
• Monitor data pipelines for accuracy and uptime; troubleshoot.
• Document configurations and workflows; maintain data security and confidentiality.
