Sterlington PLLC is a remote-first law firm seeking a top-tier Legal Practice Assistant to support partners and attorneys across time zones. You will manage complex calendars, prepare engagement letters, and coordinate with stakeholders to advance client matters.

You will leverage AI tools to streamline day-to-day work, handle documents, matter coordination, process and project management. A proactive, highly organized candidate with 5+ years in legal or professional services is needed.

Formación

• 5+ years supporting partners, senior fee earners or C-suite executives, ideally in law or professional services.
• Fluent English, verbal and written.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Aderant or similar practice management software, PowerBI or similar dashboards, Claude, CoPilot or similar AI tools, Asana or similar project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to carry several workstreams without dropping detail.
• Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Strong team orientation and collaboration.
• Experience with a practice management, billing, time-capture or document management system.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex, multi-time-zone diaries: schedule, protect, and resolve conflicts with judgment.
• Prepare engagement letters and track to signature and return; maintain client records.
• Format, version, and file documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
• Assist time and billing processes; chase billable items and expenses.
• Work through the Legal Operations intake channel and promote AI-first approaches.
