Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a Legal Analyst to support the Legal Operations team in reviewing corporate, legal, and lending documents for US transactions. The ideal candidate has a corporate law background, paralegal studies, or a related field, with experience in reviewing entity docs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, consistency with internal standards, and efficient review workflows. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position with EST work hours and English CV submission.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law, Paralegal Studies, Business, or a related field; a paralegal certificate or law degree.
Proven experience reviewing corporate legal documents is required.
Strong English communication and writing skills essential.

Responsibilities

Review corporate documents (Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, certificates of good standing).
Review corporate resolutions, ownership records, and trust documents.
Draft and review commercial lending documents (promissory notes, loan agreements, guarantees).
Identify missing or deficient documentation and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
Research US business entity requirements and state-specific corporate docs.
Maintain records of document reviews and support workflow improvements.
