Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant / Paralegal with exposure to Corporate M&A.
• Background in investment funds, private equity, or transactional corporate law.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on support for Corporate M&A transactions.
• Organize and maintain data rooms and legal documentation.
• Continuously improve legal and compliance workflows.
