Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming loan applications and supporting documentation
• Perform intake assessment of borrower information and financial data
• Verify and organize documents submitted through CRM or document management tools
• Enter and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Use Excel for data tracking, analysis, and validation
• Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams
• Ensure timely handling of applications and meet deadlines
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
